The only released version of UVE is UVE32. You can download it here:
interactionstudios.com/files/UVE140R.ZIP
But that is an old version. The latest version is UVE++11, but it wasn’t released.

The author decided so. Also it was kind of illegal because it’s shared CIU.dat.hq2x.

join iami discord and ask for it
Can you send link for iami discord
Click the
where it says ‘‘UPD’’ and then on the blue ‘‘join’’ text. that will open Discord for you and then you can just join the server there.

IAMT is not working for .tga files what can I do?(It extracts other files except tga files)

It doesn’t do that because you won’t be able to edit them anyway without another two tools I was not going to publish.
