Extracting CIU is a big problem and mystery.I don’t know how to extract too.

At this point, I think you should just wait. The wiki isn’t just outdated, it also needs to be cleaned up (weapon pages need to be properly split etc.).
Just look at the Photon trivia section:

I’m currently working on remaking images for the weapon pages, and I’ll probably be done with it fairly soon (I only have Lightning, Ion, and Absolver to deal with).

The CI wiki isn’t dead. About file extraction, it’s not necessary, you can borrow the images from the wiki.

I think he wants to add new ones to the wiki. Or at least that’s what I think he wants, because why would he need to extract files himself if he can find it on the wiki.
