Incorrect Laser Scope position

I see what that Laser Scope inserted in ship has placed incorrectly.

Yeah, the worst part is that it’s offset by EXACTLY 1 PIXEL.

There’s an (esoteric and boring) reason behind this (namely, that the laser can still appear crisp at half-resolution 960x540).

But yeah, point taken – fixed for update 10.
