They already exists. If planet is hot, blue and green channels are decreased resulting background turn red. CI3 and CI2 had problem with pure red colour so they made it a bit lighter. (Or was it CI1?)

CI1 and CI5, that’s why in the CIU files those backgrounds are pink.

Fixed in v14.

Tech trivia: The method the game uses to colorize a background red is to tone down the blue and green channels (leaving only red remaining). But CI1 and CI5 have no red component to begin with, so the resulting color is just a darker blue.
