How about you buy extra lives from the store using keys 
Or you can sell it at the galactic black market where the alien sells organic hearts ripped out from humans, space chickens, and other aliens.

You can play super easy levels, collect keys and buy lives, just as simple. Also there is nothing but chicks on super easy levels
