Can we refrain from using emojis except when absolutely necessary?
Although in almost all forms they are not necessary in my opinion
I only use the 
emoji when I want to make a link to a Scratch project in an idea topic and once I used the 
emoji when I wanted to write “ Save the World!” (the CI5 button).
Again, you basically just proved my point. That’s three emojis in a post under roughly seventy-five words.
I use them to clarify the tone of a message - if something could come across as blunt or overly critical, for instance, I’ll put some sort of friendly emoji to make it clear that I’m not intending to be rude. If it’s meant to be a joke, I’ll indicate that too.
