Dec 2024 - So the CIU boss theme 01 is copyrighted which may not be a big deal but it’s a problem for CIU youtubers and the worst part is that if YouTube checks if there are copyrighted audio, it doesn’t get detected before upload but when the video is uploaded, it detects that the theme is copyrighted so i’m not saying that the CIU boss theme 01 needs to be changed but i’m saying that there should be an option in the options - gameplay or audio menu called “Disable Copyrighted Music” and here’s how it works
before CIU youtubers makes a gameplay video, they should enable “Disable Copyrighted Music” before recording and how the option work is that if enabled, the CIU boss theme 01 will be muted and btw this option should only be enabled and disabled if your logged out so hopefully this will be added in the next version of the game.
I knew that before you posted this. The channel “Chicken Invaders” is a CIU GEN video and ignored the original CIU Boss Music 01. On YouTube you cannot make a copyright takedown request to appeal a copyright claim.

As a CIU Youtuber, I know that copyright takedown request won’t appeal a copyright claim but the two problems is that first of all the CIU Boss Music 01 is not detected by the before upload YouTube copyright check and second of all if a video has a copyright claim, the video can’t be monetized
