With every update, some settings remain, but two must be redone (ones that requires app restart). Ones in question are seasonal content and language. The latter for some reason gets set to Polish, despite having English for apps set in Windows.
maybe you should change the region to a country or region that is English based
These settings could previously not be upgraded because they take effect at the very start of the game. However, I have an idea… Changed in v.150.3

BTW, on your screenshot, it says “Regional Format: Polish”, which is where the Polish language autodetection comes from.
