Chat and contacts chat

Add a chat in CIU where when player press for example “T” it brings a chat for all who are in CIU and special chat for chat with contacts only.

Adding a chat to CIU would a horrible thing.
There’s already enough bullshit on the forum and the Discord, don’t want to have it brought in-game.
