Taking side isnt the good way. (I know you are not taking anyone side) Be neutral listen to the callum and then make sure your solution.

The reason to creat the topic is that, I can’t handle a person like him alon. I asked help to other just to be clear that callum won’t be a bully, but a normal or friendly person in future.
