When you meet players that you dislike, the action is to pause the game and kick them. The annoying part is you have to do this every mission if they join continuously. Thus, the banning system is a must. Write the specific callsign in the multiplayer options and they won’t be able to join you all the time until it is removed.

Consider making a contact-only game or private where your buddies can enter a code and join with you instead of other players joining your game.
*I have acquaintances but not in contacts because the contact list is full
