It should not disappear in that cutscene.
The ad banner should never hide app content. If a confirmation balloon needs to be displayed high up on the screen, then it’s hard to guarantee that there’s no overlap with the ad banner. The easy solution is to move it lower.
What do you mean by “primary account”? All purchases are tied into one and only one account, and they cannot be moved between accounts.
