im trying to log into my alt account and its saying the account doesnt exist. i have it on my phone and it clearly exists. any solutions? plz tell since i spent money on that acc D:

Your alt works, too.
Go to Main → Accounts on your phone, and see the e-mail you’ve used there. Then, make sure to use the exact same e-mail when linking it to other devices.

it worked now,but i had to make an new guest account. is that intended or an bug?
What do you mean “you had to” create a guest account? All fresh game installations come with a guest account, that’s normal.

well i used to have an guest account but when i tried to change email it didnt let me so i created a new guest acc
You can’t change a guest account’s e-mail to be the same as an existing account – that’s not how you link to an existing account.
You need to use the “Link Account” button, which will create another account (separate from your guest account) in the list.
