Alternate Components

I wanted to create this topic to discuss on an idea of mine which I can’t figure out myself.
Basically I thought of adding component “families”, which are components mountable on the spacecraft slots (Heat Sink, Engine, Reactor), that replace them completely, having similitar functions but with some features of their own.
Edit: After posting this I had the creativity boost to finish the families so here they are.

HEAT SINKS 1: THERMAL SURGE FURNACES
This type of heat sink has reduced Thermal Capacity but, when heating is over a certain percentage, firepower will be virtually boosted. For example, above 50% heat with 19 fp, shots will behave like 20 fp. This bonus expires when the heat requirement is no longer met.

Thermal Capacity: 92.
Reactor Power: 415.
Firepower Boosting: +1 at 50%+.

• First Model (Legendary)
  Thermal Capacity: 117.
  Reactor Power: 560.
  Firepower Boosting: +1 at 30%+, +2 at 50%+.

• Second Model
  Thermal Capacity: 100.
  Reactor Power: 675.
  Firepower Boosting: +1 at 30%+, +2 at 50%+, +3 at 65%+.

• Second Model (Legendary)
  Thermal Capacity: 135.
  Reactor Power: 805.
  Firepower Boosting: +1 at 30%+, +2 at 50%+, +3 at 65%+, +4 at 80%+.

HEAT SINKS 2: THERMAL ACCUMULATORS
This famiy has a higher thermal capacity, but whenever the player dies, a certain percentage of heat gets added to the bar, which never goes away until the end of the mission. This is called “Death Add”.

  Thermal Capacity: 107.
  Reactor Power: 610.
  Death Add: +10%.

• First Model (Legendary)
  Thermal Capacity: 163.
  Reactor Power: 790.
  Death Add: +15%.

• Second Model
  Thermal Capacity: 151.
  Reactor Power: 805.
  Death Add: +20%.

• Second Model (Legendary)
  Thermal Capacity: 183.
  Reactor Power: 860.
  Death Add: +25%.

ENGINES 1: AUTOPILOT MOTOR
This type of engines add evasion, a percentage which makes it possible to negate bullets if it. In turn however, whenever evasion is triggered, the player will be slown down for 5 seconds, like if they were on a massive environment.

• First Model
  Manoeuvrability: 0.45.
  Reactor Power: 700.
  Evasion: 10%.

• First Model (Legendary)
  Manoeuvrability: 0.75.
  Reactor Power: 945.
  Evasion: 15%.

• Second Model
  Manoeuvrability: 0.35.
  Reactor Power: 930.
  Evasion: 20%.

• Second Model (Legendary)
  Manoeuvrability: 0.50.
  Reactor Power: 1005.
  Evasion: 30%.

ENGINES 2: REPULSORY ENGINES
These engines collect firepower (alternating between it and the weapon), up to a maximum of 3 units. For each fp, the ship’s hitbox radius will be reduced.

  Manoeuvrability: 0.70.
  Reactor Power: 860.
  Hitbox Reduction: 1px.

  Manoeuvrability: 0.90.
  Reactor Power: 945.
  Hitbox Reduction: 2px.
  	
• Second Model
  Manoeuvrability: 0.95.
  Reactor Power: 1030.
  Hitbox Reduction: 2px.
  
• Second Model (Legendary)
  Manoeuvrability: 1.10.
  Reactor Power: 1150.
  Hitbox Reduction: 3px.

REACTOR 1: POWER CHAMBER
I know that in order to make special reactors the current ones would have to be boosted, but in case that happens I have some alternatives.
Anyway, power chambers will charge based on time, and once they are fully charged, they’ll add 1 firepower to the weapon only, in case used with the Repulsory Engines.

  Reactor Power Produced: 2750.
  Charge Time: 50s.

  Reactor Power Produced: 3050.
  Charge Time: 40s.

REACTORS 2: MAGNETIC ATTRACTORS
Magnetic attractors increase projectile speed of enemies and firing rate of the player by the same amount.

• First Model
  Reactor Power Produced: 2050.
  Speed Increase: +10%.

  Reactor Power Produced: 2500.
  Speed Increase: +15%.
  
• Second Model
  Reactor Power Produced: 2870.
  Speed Increase: +20%.
  
• Second Model (Legendary)
  Reactor Power Produced: 3050.
  Speed Increase: +30%.

Sorry for no prices, but I want to see the general reactions first.

You can’t increase enemy stats, as multiplayer exist. Evasion by chance is not balanced, because chance. Would Thermal surge furnaces upgrade past power limit.
