I’m sure most people had noticed it but the description for the extra life on the shop says “A second chance never hurt anyone.” This should be an easy fix, it should say hurts, or second chances, that would make more sense.
But the verb hurt is also hurt in past tense.

It’s okay, you probably thought the sentence was in the present tense when it’s actually in the past tense.
Yeah cuz I don’t usually see it like that. I thought it would make more sense if it said hurts.
